Biggest Buyer Concerns in Today's Market + Jasmine Dailida w/ FIT4MOM Bellevue & Mercer Island

Good Afternoon! Welcome to Seattle’s Eastside Real Estate Podcast. The Podcast Dedicated to living and working on the Eastside. It’s Wednesday July 21st and we are live on facebook. Please feel free to comment and share. If you are listening to our recorded version on youtube, google or apple podcast, please make sure you subscribe and rate our podcast.

Today we will be welcoming Jasmine Dailida, owner of FIT4MOM to discuss a safe and inclusive space to be a mom.

First let’s start with some Real Talk. Our topic today is diving deep into today’s biggest buyer concerns. Last week, Fannie Mae released their Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI). Though the survey showed 77% of respondents believe it’s a “good time to sell,” it also confirms what many are sensing: an increasing number of Americans believe it’s a “bad time to buy” a home. The percentage of those surveyed saying it’s a “bad time to buy” hit 64%, up from 56% last month and 38% last July.
