PJ Glassey is an author, gym owner, biohacker and exercise scientist, logging over 15,000 hours of research and more than 35,000 hours of personal training in the last 30 years of business. He has studied the fields of exercise science, health science, nutrition science, and brain science, since 1987 and has used this information to test and develop the systems and methods he uses at his X Gym, founded in 1998.
